jeffmcelroy Posted August 10, 2003 Share Posted August 10, 2003 :o My CD Changer on my GS400 failed today. Now it does nothing when I press the CD button or when I try to eject the cartridge. It is an in-dash (glove box) 6 disk changer. Stereo is Nakamichi Before this happened, during a long trip, I ejected the cartridge to find it very wet. Seems that water was somehow getting on the CD cartridge. It was a hot day and the AC was running hard. I noticed condensation around the AC vents on the interior of the car. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to manually eject the cartridge? Is it possible that my changer is okay and has only blown a fuse? How hard is it to replace the changer?
