Where To Get A Programmer/chip

I've got a 2005 LS 430 and would like to reprogram the computer to take off the speed limiter and maybe free up a little more horsepower. I've done this with many other cars but don't know where to look for companies dealing with hand held programmers for this car. Any help would be great.

You need to be in Japan for that kind of tuning . Nothing easily available States side.
