No Sirius From Lexus

I emailed Lexus HQ about my concerns about the unavailbility of Sirius from Lexus and the Lexus dealerships. The following is the bs response:

After introducing Sirius Radio, we received feedback from some customers that the product wasn’t operating to their expectations. It was appropriate to re-evaluate the Sirius Radio product to ensure it continues to meet quality standards. it is true. There was issues with reception. Most of the new Lexus models coming out will have the shark fin antenna that should help with this.
