rayder34 Posted August 8, 2006 Share Posted August 8, 2006 I am looking to buy an uncut keyless entry key (1 unit) for a 98 ES300 on Ebay ($70) it has the correct FCC ID # I called dealership and guy in parts dept says he is sure I cannot have this key reprogrammed to use in the car (i.e. Start engine) He is telling me I have to buy a new keyless remote unit (which has no key on it) for $230 then a master key ($95) then reprogram/cut ($50) Is this info correct or can I buy the 1unit key and have a dealer do the rest?
