No Lights On My Fuel Guage Or Engine Temp Needle, Occasionally Flicker

I tried searching for this as I seem to recall it not being uncommon, but I can find nothing. The cars a 1992 SC400. Any help is appreciated, or if you know of a thread thats covered it, thats nice too.
