Hydraulic Fan

Anyone know how much they run ? Is it the whole unit or can I replace the fan bearing ?

a new motor from www.newlexusparts.com is ~$300.

they don't list a bearing separtely.

have you tried a salvage yard?

No, I just found out but I will check around. The car has 250k on it so if I can find a car with even 100k used it might be worth it.
