IndyKen
Trying to locate my PCV valve on my 02 IS300 but no luck finding any info on these boards. Anyone have a pic of where this thing is located? On the same topic, does anyone know of site that sells an OEM air filter for the same vehicle? I just can't get myself to take a trip to the dealer for an airfilter AND then "take it up the tailpipe" when I right the check. Thanks, Ken
bartkat
Here you go. http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums/index...pe=post&id=4934 http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums/index...pe=post&id=4935 For the air filter you might cross reference to a Toyota model if there's one that uses the same filter. I did that with the cabin filter and got one from Toyota for about half the cost. Or go to Irontoad.com. I've been getting my air and oil filters there lately. http://www.irontoad.com/Merchant2/merchant...=2002is300sedan
IndyKen
As always, thanks a ton! Funny you listed that link to the repair manual. I found an electronic version of the complete factory repair manual for $15 on ebay the other day. Some guy got busy with his scanner and turned the whole manual into a set of pdf files. All for $15 a pop? I wish I had that kind of time on my hands. If anybody needs a copy, I can burn one for the cost of shinny new CD & shipping.
