ken337 Posted August 5, 2003 Share Posted August 5, 2003 If this is any help, my '93 SC400 audio system started doing that, then would distort at low volumes, turned out to be the alternater. I've been looking for a replacement door speaker for mine (nakamichi) and can't find one anywhere. The electrical is fine, the speaker just stopped working. Dealer wants $176.00 for it.
