Low Power On Higher Rpms

I thought it might me my tranny as i post it recently , but its not, i changed my ecu , same problem. i just have lowpower after 4000, i put my car on 1 and wot and the car would reach red line but at its own pace , but it reached the redline so its not my tranny , its just that it doesnt have enough power after 4000

Could be the fuel pump or basic timing of the engine. Was the timing belt changed recently? In first gear mine goes to redline almost immediately and pulls hard most of the way. What year is yours?
