Another Stupid Question...

Is there a CD changer harnest/wire in a lexus that did not come with one(1996 ES300)? My car did not come with a CD changer, but I wold like to add an OEM changer to it now, I was wondering if anyone knew where the snap on harnest would be if they lexus provided one or how I may add one that is no FM modulated or would take out my OEM deck..

I am almost positive there exists a CD changer wiring harness in your ES. It should be located in the driver side of your trunk. You'll have to pull out the trunk carpeting in order to get to the wiring harness for installation.

A trunk-mounted changer was an add-on option when I bought a 95 without one. The harness is in the trunk as said before, maybe on the passenger side. At least I ran into an extra cable/plug back there while fiddling with the antenna motor.
