mmoazzam Posted March 12, 2006 Share Posted March 12, 2006 hello folks, i need your input on this confusing issue.......do you really have to change the srs/airbag control module or computer once the front airbags are deployed on 2000 model? what does it mean when the sticker on the module says "do not open. consult manual for maintenance"? the body shop and most dealers say it has to be replaced otherwise the airbags won't deploy in the event of crash. but one service cnsultant said that it might be reset. what's the truth? can this thing be reset?
