Need To Vent Gx 470 Dealership

I went to have a fix for my GX470 .. being the cargo net .. my Lexus came out with all 4 rims scratched ..

they are no telling me there is no way they did it..

I spoke with the Service Manager he says it was not their fault .. now I'm stuck with 4 rims scratched..

what's a person too do.. ??

this dealer in Wisconsin has always had bad service ..

that sucks...all my rims are scratched too...thanks to the wify, but what can you do. If you really decide to keep the car for the future, you can get them changed for like 200 a piece. Oh, and i think some bodyshops can "repair" them for you, not sure.
