Side Markers

Can anyone tell me how do I remove the front and rear side bumper markers on my 2002 IS300? I recently bought clear side markers but I am not sure on how to remove both front and rear side marker??????? And what about the 2 rear circle tail lights on the trunk? how do I remove those circle lights?
