Want To Buy Hard To Find Lexus Part

Can someone help me out? I need a replacement round black knob for the radio in a 1996 Lexus GS300. The black knob I seek looks identical to the knobs used on the A/C system in this car. I believe the radio/cassette unit is the stock one for this year and model.

I checked with my local Lexus dealer and they said to check with a local auto salvage place.

I'm located in south Palm Beach county, Florida.
