daffy
Hi thieaux, I made my own tool to reach into the spokes on the pulley. If you have access to a welder, it's very easy. Just weld two bolts(long enough to reach the spokes of the pulley) onto a long bar, and make room for the socket. Just jam the bar up against something and torque the bolt to specs. Great for removing the bolt too. I wish i could sketch it out for you, to clarify. Daffy

wwest
I have been know to firmly block the wrench, disconnect the ignition and then use the starter....but I don't remember if that was to loosen or tighten.
