Is300 Tranny ?

Ok I have a question how good are the is300 transmissions I heard they are good for about 350hp or so and I am planing to buy one and I am looking at this turbo kit for it and it makes 335whp and that converts to well over 350hp so I was wondering will I have to drop in a new transmission but either way I could get around it by running less boost but I was just wondering on what you seasoned vets would recomend me doing. hope to hear from you soon ^_^

The automatic trans is strong enough if you add a valve body upgrade. Most of the major tuners have those.

Also since its a auto what do i get to make the car shift at a later point so i can have the turbo spooling more and makeing power sooner. a stall converter ? and whats a valve body upgrade and how much does it cost ?
