Cd Changer Broken

I have a 1996 ES300 Coach Edition, and 155000 miles on it. Lately, my changer broken, and need a replacement. I did some research on the Pioneer CD Changer, and it has three kinds (IP-Bus Multi-CD Player, Universal FM-Modulated, and Premier 6-Disc CD Player), and I was curious about which may fit into my ES.

*I know the 1996 ES300 has a great CD changer, but I cannot find any the same one; therefore, I need to change to a newer model.

Another question, if I like to change the head unit to "In-Dash Screen head unit", is there any concern??
