Subwoofer And Amp Ubication

Trying to upgrade the sound system at low volume, I need to find out where the amp is located as well as the subwoofer.

Before the RX I had a IS and sound as better thanks to the rear speakers.

Besides the way of installing huge suboofers at the trunk, that I dislike, any Ideas to obtain good and nice results?

hat about replacing the doors speakers? Ho to do it?

I have at home an ONKYO combined with BOSE speakers and JBL subwoofer and I am trying to obtain similar clear and crystal sound at the car.
