choiboyogg Posted September 19, 2005 Share Posted September 19, 2005 sup guys, i have already sold two cars this year in california. a 88 mitsubishi starion and a 00 civic si. now i need to sell my LS400. do you know the max amount of cars a private party can sell before they are considered a dealer? i dont want to get stiffed with large penalties. thanks. If no one knows here, you can call the DMV to find out or check their website.
