Locked Out On Dvd Navigation

Does anyone have an unlock code or other solution to allow entering data into the Lexus' navigation and telephone entry while the vehicle is moving. I also own a Honda Accord with navigation and it is not a problem on that vehicle for the driver or passenger to keystroke while the vehicle is moving. I understand the safety implications, but an adult capable of operating a motor vehicle should also be able to exhibit enough common sense to safely operate a navigation system while the car is moving. Any answers.

Welcome Formanrobs. There is a workaround for the 400h. Do a search or look at some older posts in this forum its there.
