Gauge Lights Out

I was changing my bulbs to LED's & something blew. All of my fuses are good. Is there a relay under the dash? The same thing happened right after I got the car with the cig lighter but I just left it. I don't smoke. But, I have to have dash lights. HELP!!!

You have a fuse box under the hood and one in the driver's side kick panel and one in the passenger side kick panel. Have you checked all those? The inside of the lid for each fuse box should show the location and ID of each fuse.
