does the MPG jump up and down as you drive anywhere from 6-100 MPG?

is that normal? and how can i fix it.

plus i lost my manual but can anyone show me how to use the seat memory thing.

press "info" again to get out of the dynamic calc mode. My 00 has a long term avarage which you can't reset, and short term average you can reset by long pressing "info".

there is one MPG that fluxuates as your drive and the other that records the "real" data. I avg 17 MPG 50% highway, 50%in city.

I think mine always gets stuck in one number so I never pay attention to it. I thought it was suppose to fluctuate.

When toggling through the INFO menu ... the first MPG will be average MPG ... the second is "instant" MPG ... what you're getting at that exact moment with that exact speed and on that terrain at that RPM level.
