The bottom is held down by two latches. Pull up at the front of the seat to find them. Place one hand at each latch, give a sharp upward jerk (not hard, but sharp) and the bottom pops out.

The back of the seat is held on by the exposed 14mm bolts.

Wiggle the shoulder seatbelts around the edge of the back of the seat so you can easily pull it out.

Insert your hand/fingers under the front of the bottom seat cushion (where the cushion meets the upholstery) approx in the middle of the left or right rear seat area. Lift up sharply and it should pop loose. repeat for the other side and then lift and pull the entire bottom cushoin towards you.

Now you should see two metal bolts on the base of the seat back cushoin on either side (they were previously hidden by the bottom seat cushion). Unscrew these bolts. Now lift the seat upwards an inch or two and then pull it towards you while it's lifted. The back cushoin has a hook mechanism that atteches the top part to the frame so pulling alone won't get it.
