JasonATL
I figure that the rear bumper pad (the thing that sits on top of the bumper) can easily snap off. But, I wanted to check if anyone else knew how to do it before I ripped it or damaged it trying. Thanks!

LexKid630
on my old 2003 Rx300 i needed to have the rear bumper re-painted, so i did. A few weeks later that plastic thing was coming up from the ends; i guess whoever painted it didn't put it back on correctly. I could see the stuff they used to glue it on. They were maybe 2x4 pieces of black 2 sided sticky pads, about 1/8inch in thickness. There were only maybe 8 or 10 of them scattered everywhere, not covering the whole area. I know we're talking about a 330, but thought i would just tell you what i knew about the sticky tape on a 300. I agree with you; a bad idea to make it hard to remove.
