Need A Bra For Daily Commute

Getting all the nicks and a ding fixed by a friend who owns a body shop. I will probably only use it during weekday commutes, take it off on Weekends or special events, like I did with my Beemer. I have to take the X-way to the office, no alternate routes for where I work, and want to keep my front end in good shape. Wax helps, but my wife's RX has gotten it pretty good already and its only 14k miles.

Wanted to see what you guys recommended, like go dealer versus a particular website or whatever.

i used to have a clear bra on my gs . it was a clear film that went over the paint like a bra would. its only noticeable up close. Worked great.

If the clear bra is done correctly I would recommend that over the traditional bra. Although is saves from chips, many time you get unwanted scratches from trapped sand, etc. Just my opinion from my expirience.

Do you get this done at a dealer? I'm not exactly sure what a clear bra is. I know they offered me some kind of clear skin on our 04 RX when we bought it, which we declined. Is it a permanent coating, or something you leave on for x years, what exactly is it and where do you get it done?

I know of a local place in CT. Many dealerships offer now. They call it Clear paint protection. I did a search, here's one place, I know nothing about them though.
