spider13
just got an '03 lexus gs 300 but it did not have a front license plate frame on it. does anyone know how to mount one? is this something that can be clipped on or will it need to drilled into the bumper? also where would be the best place to get one? thanks. Marty Witt
I think they're usually drilled, but don't do it!!! A car looks so much better without it. In Illinois it's mandatory for so front plate but I've never had one and never had a problem.

cruznroadking
You need to drill 2 holes in the front bumper to mount the bracket then the license plate & frame. There should be 2 indentations on the front bumper to drill.
