MingF Posted May 16, 2005 Share Posted May 16, 2005 Today my mother drove my RX..and decided to park it in the garage at her house. The RX can fit in the garage comfortably...but you have to turn off the radio before going in...or else the antenna will get caught on the garage door. She forgot...n the antenna hit the garage door n the garage door fell down the roof of the car..bending the antenna. Now the antenna is bent slightly....not that noticeable unless you really look at it. But the antenna will only go down half way and makes a loud noise when it's going up or down when u turn the radio on. Does anyone know how much it is to replace it? Or how can i take it apart...cuz i think i can bend it back so it's straight...n maybe it'll go down. ?? Please help if you know how to take off the antenna.
