PIONEERSUBY Posted May 15, 2005 Share Posted May 15, 2005 yes you have the latest 4th genration disc. . the data is always 1 year behind the model year. so in october 2005 the 2006 models will come out with data 5.1 . for older model computers prioir to 2004 there is a whole different set of dvds.they are called 3rd generation computers. there is an update dvds every year that works on them. the update dvd has a warning at the bottom that you cant go back to previous dvd , if there is no warning it isnt an update dvd for an older computer. the latest update dvd for older computers is 4.1. for some reason they didnt come out with update 4.2 for older computers. so i am waiting untill update dvd 5.1 comes out in december 05 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
