Leather Seat Replacement/carpet Kits

I have a 1994 GS300 and need assistance in finding several things.....

Leather seat kit

New Carpet kit

I have found a source for the wood around my shifter, but it seems as if no one does the armrest wood trim pieces?

Any ideas for the best place to get any of these items.
