Ac/heat Does Not Work, Need Suggestions + Leak

hey guys, I dont know if its leak related or not, but my heat/AC stopped working. I turn it on, and controll it just fine, but there is no air comming out from the vents. This has happaned before when car had leak inside, but as it got warmer the heat/ac came back on. NOW everything is dry since i removed carpet all together to try to find the leak, but the A/C and heat air dont work

Any suggestion? can it be a bad fuse? if so which should i check under hood or inside cabin?

also can it be some other part?

another question related to leak, is there a door in front of car that has air going to it, so if its not fully closed it can suck in water from the street if u drive over a puddle?

and can the drain condenser hose leak even if there is no AC/heat on in car?
