I suggest a Lexus dealer. I couldn't find strut rod bushings for my 98 LS400 so I had to get them from the dealer. The dealer may not even sell you the bushings by themselves because they usually have the entire strut rod. They may order the bushing for you if they are in a good mood. Otherwise they will tell you that you have to purchase the entire strut rod. Len Stoler wanted 134.00 per strut rod. I purchased them from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. They said they would beat their price by $10.00 per rod. The bushing by itself from the dealer runs $56.00 if they order it for you. Good luck. I have trouble finding Lexus parts myself. Need to find a throttle body for my Lexus now and don't know where to look. Dealer wants $975.00 for the part alone. 3hr labor will bring the total to $1375.00.
