First Scuff From Door Ding

Someone dinged my car right above the back right wheel well. It's more of a scuff than a ding and most of it rubbed off. Anything else I can do to get the rest off? It's nothing TOO horrible. Thanks.

That hurts doesn't it? Still hurts me when it happens, I always head right off to my PDR guy and get it fixed the next day...

For the scuff use any kind of paint cleaner, something like Meguiars ScratchX will probably work by hand. As for the ding, find yourself a good PDR tech and get it taken out, well worth it as I think dings are horribly ugly on cars, especially dark colored ones.

Thanks ... it really looks a lot better than I thought it would when I FIRST saw the scuff ... it was probably 4 inches long and it pretty much rubbed off. A small little ding. I knew it was going to happen sometime, but the shock of seeing it when not looking for one about dropped me. Just a car though.

Why are people so inconsiderate. I think some times they are just jelous when we have a nice clean looking car. I always park far away as possible to avoid such dings, besides, the walk is good for me.
