Ls400 Radio

One day the radio (Pioneer, I think) on my 1991 LS400 was working with no sign of a problem and the next day when I turned it on the volume had to be turned fully clockwise to hear just a low output from the speakers. The radio appears to be tuning the stations properly; I just don't have sufficient volume. Has anyone had a similar problem? Thanks,

sounds like you may have blown your amp.

There are a few on ebay right now. They usually go for 25 to 100 bucks.

The ebay items probably have problems too. Find out if they are refurbished or what kind of Guarantee/Warranty comes with them . Sceptical.....

My radio is working again and I didn't do anything to it! I would think that we are dealing with a loose wire here except that it fixed itself while sitting still. Any ideas?
