Need Amp

I was told i need a amp for my car. My radio works but i get no sound. I would get an after market one but it wont have the plugs that the stock one does. I really dont want to pay to get things rewired. So if anyone has one for sale let me know or where i can get one other then from lexus. I have a Nakamichi radio
