jqzhang Posted January 28, 2005 Share Posted January 28, 2005 Hi, I got a LS400, 95. A few days ago, I left the door ajar by accident. Today, as I tried to start the car, nothing happened and I am sure the battery is dead. I have a Power Booster and when I tried to reboot the car, the alarm went off. It looks like it won't let me to reboot the car after the alarm goes off. Question, is there any way I can by-pass the security system and get the car re-started? Thanks alot! John Z. Lexls Posted January 28, 2005 Share Posted January 28, 2005 Did you disconnect the negative lead on the battery so the ECU could reset? Try that first. While you've got the negative lead disconnected charge the battery for a few hours. Reconnect the neg lead and then try starting. If you don't get it started try pulling the DOOR fuse in the fuse block under the steering wheel. Then try starting.
