Rear Rattle

Recommended Posts

I have been beatting my head about a rattle in the rear for almost two years now. It would come and go. Well lately, I have isolated it to the gas tank and noticed when I fill up, no rattle. 1/4 tank and less rattle. Now that tank and I have a date, do you guys have an idea as to whether I should attack from the trunk or back seat?

Yeah the only way to access the tank is from the trunk. You can easily remove the back carpeted part of the trunk, there are 4 screws on the top and 4 on the bottom, and then you can just pull it out. The tank is right there then.....you can't miss it!
