aneil_20 Posted November 24, 2004 Share Posted November 24, 2004 I have replaced the battery and replaced the alternator twice, but some how my car still won't start. When I changed the battery and the alternator it runs for two or so weeks and then start giving me the same problem. The alternator I bought is an aftermarket from O'Reilly. Do I need to purchase the alternator from the dealer, would this make a difference? or is there something else which is draining the battery. It is a 94 lexus es300.
