bobblinks Posted November 17, 2004 Share Posted November 17, 2004 Hi All, I am new to this Forum, though I have been a Lexus owner since 1998. My current car is a 90 LS, and its been a great car. Last week though, my top idler pulley started making a noise and now is kaput. I have the car at my local garage and it seems the mechanic is having trouble finding the correct part for the car. Ineed the top idler pulley, it is about 3 inches in diameter and has six down grooves for the belt. The dealer says it is unavailable. We did find one type of pulley, but it was too big. I live in an area where there is not a Lexus dealer close by but we do have a Toyota dealer. Does anybody know where I can find this pulley? Please help!
