06 rx400h rear AV input, no audio

I just purchased an 06 rx400h with mark Levinson sound and the front and rear central screens. I was wondering if there is a way to get the audio from the rear AV input to play over the car speakers. I have been able to play video over the screen just fine but I can't find a way to make the audio from that video play anywhere.

Do I have to get the special Lexus headphones to hear sound from it?
