Transmission service or not?

My 2013 gs350 is coming up on 120k miles and having no problems. Car is shifting and driving very nice.

Questions is, should I change transmission fluid at this time or not.  Unsure if I have done it before or not. 

 

Same goes with brake flush and other things I may want to change to keep her running well. 

Thoughts?
