Delete previous owners address

I have a 2019 Lexus LS 500 Sport.  I thought that I had deleted all previous destinations and favorites, however, everytime I get in my car it tries to send me to the previous owners address.  It’s driving me crazy.  Please, someone, tell me how to delete this.

Take it to your Lexus dealer and make sure they have transfered the car to you. Also have their setup specialist walk you througg all the optional settings and help you set up the car the way you want it. That service is free.
