RX350 Brake Pedal Assembly (groan)

Has anyone experienced a groaning sound, in the cabin, from the brake pedal assembly?  Just started earlier this year when it passed 220K.  I've tried lubricating two rods on the assembly and the push rod that extends through the firewall.
