08 Es350 full Auido/Nav system install/update/Modernization

Hey all, I'm in the research faze of completely redoing my 08 es350 stereo nav system.. Wondering if anyone on here has done this or would like to? Any advice is appreciated. I want to do this, making the installation look as close to stock as possible, I'm looking at an android auto 10 inch touch screen ( Tesla style) with aftermarket buttons for climate control built in and made specifically for the Lexus Es series 06 to 2012 i think. It's supposedly a plug and play with all the right wiring harness adapters for steering wheel controls and such with Gps and 4g wireless, Blue tooth, back up camera and such.. it also plugs into the obd port and you can work your heated seats and air conditioning and such from the screen.  I recently acquired this car with relatively low mileage and in cream puff condition, It's kind of my project car now, My goal is to bring it up as close to the specks of a new 2024 es350 model in every way that is reasonably possible.

* Has anybody tried the Pedal commander throttle response unit for adding a simulated eco and F sport mode?

* I found a Vinyl sticker overlay that is a match to the knotty cherry wood interior trim color on Amazon.

* I'm also interested in adding a steering wheel with paddle shifters
