Lock Actuators issues

i have a 2001 lexus gs300 i was having issues with the driver lock actuator. i replaced all 4 door actuators with oem and they all work good besides the driver door. im having issues with using the key fob now as it wont unlock the doors the battery in the key fob is brand new and the light on the fob lights up when i press the buttons. i did some testing and i unplugged the driver actuator and the key fob works but when its plugged in it doesnt work when i use the key in the key hole on the driver side the car alarm goes off but if i unlock it from the passenger side it doesnt. i did get another actuator still oem and it still doesnt work. does any one have any idea what the issue could be?? thank you in advance
