Whats the best upgrade for my 08 RX350 infotainment system?

I apologize in advance but i haven't been able to find an answer to how do i bring my 08 RX 350 into the 21st century 🤔blue tooth is obviously hands free phone only (as far I can tell anyway). So like the title says...Whats the best upgrade for my 08 RX350 infotainment system? I'm totally a diy kind of guy, I upgraded my 01 with a unit from GROM audio which was great. I just expected more from my  08 RX 350. I don't know Whats available? Do i have to use the existing screen or replace it?

Wondering the same thing. Recently saw so many options on eBay and Amazon to replace tape and CD player with large touch screen compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
