3 year exterior car care package 0n 2024 Lexus ES 350

How can I tell if the 3 year exterior car care package was installed on my 2024 Lexus ES 350?  I had a bad experience purchasing my new car, and after paying and seeing the car some of the things I requested and paid for were not installed.  Now I am wondering if they ever did this care care package and based on other dishonesty from this dealership I want to be sure.

You may want to stop by a local detailer and ask if they can inspect your car. They should be able to confirm whether or not it had been treated.
