Trying to buy a Base 2024 RX 350

Seems a simple request, but I go on the Lexus Builder web site and put together a new Base RX 350 with exterior color and one of the two choices of interiors.   It shows an  MSRP and DPH of $50,450.  I am getting push back that I cannot get that and need to go up a trim package, or the resale on Base package is terrible or it will cost you much more...etc.

Is it not possible to order from Lexus what I want rather than what they have on the lot?

You can not special order a car that is not within the build pattern
