Wheel fitment

I have a ls430 on some super beat stocks. I’ve been looking for some chrome Lexus rims and I just found some from a sc300. They are the exact same height, width, offset and tire size as my current wheels. Will these fit? Or will the brake calipers not clear? Can I use spacers to fix this? Thanks

My best guess is that if they are the exact same height, width, offset and tire size, the calipers would clear.

Would the seller return your money if there is an issue? I try to avoid spacers, but many sportscar owners use them with success.
