Lexus IS 250 won't crank no start

I really need help I have a hard brake pedal green start button light no start. My car just started this problem about a week or 2 ago. It's been cold and I wonder if that's something to do with it my battery is good it has 12 point something volts. I checked for common issues like fuses, Fuse link, and checked for fuel pressure senor.

Any help or advise is really appreciated.
