Oil Recommendations

Could someone advise me on the oil viscosity in an 80,000 mile 2005 Lexus ES 330… I currently use 5 W 30 synthetic and live in the Deep South with about 2 months of cold weather.

Mobil 1 5w30 Synthetic every 5k regardless of driving conditions, I always used to drop the couple quarts of tranny fluid at the same time I do oil, Keeps the tranny fresh and reliable and very cost friendly...

You might want to use Mobil1 High Mileage since it has additives that keep the engine seals from becoming hard and brittle.

 

i’ve been using this in my 2006 LS430 which has 261K miles on it.
